Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Child. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing & delivery times
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, our standard delivery timeframe is 5–7 working days.
Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during bank holidays, periods of severe weather, or particularly busy times such as Easter and Christmas. During peak periods, we recommend allowing up to 10 working days for your order to arrive.
Our office is closed on weekends, so any orders or enquiries received during this time will be processed on the next working day.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during busy periods.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
My Child is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
